If your goods are faulty, please begin by calling one of our service representatives on 01628 298 182 who will advise you how to proceed.
We hope you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods. This does not apply to goods made to order. Please notify us by email where you will be advised on how best to proceed.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund within this timeframe. This does not apply to goods made to order. Please use insured registered delivery service to return goods retaining your proof of collection. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and must not have been used or assembled by the customer in any way. We reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
